He is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Elizabeth “BettyAnn or Liz” Pannell; his first wife: Bette (nee Lill) Reskey; his children, Antonette Slater; Bobby (Lisa) Pannell; Kathy (Chris) Mastny; Christine (Danny) Garrett; and Robert L. Pannell; his grandchildren, Rochelle (Omar) Cabrera; Nicholas (Imari) Piloni; Ryan (Mary Claire) Piloni; Billy Garrett; Jeffery (Valon Lopez) Slater; Joshua Pannell; and Austin (Angel Lema) Slater; Krissy (Matt) Flutka; Meranda (Jonathan) Graves;
Kayla (Reiniche) Black; Amelia and Sarah Mastny and his great-grandchildren, Aidian and Celeste Cabrera, Olivia, Lucas and Hailey Flutka; Evelyn and Alayna Graves; Emmery and Stella Sisk
Robert was a loving uncle to many nieces and nephews and a cherished friend to all who met him.
