My deepest condolences to Linda and the Perel/Chew family. He was truly one in a million.

I´ll always remember his kindness, and that he once pronounced me "an independent thinker," which may have been a nice way of recognizing me as an oddball.

Bobby was always very kind and supportive. What an amazing tribute to how life can be truly lived.

Judge Linda and Perel family, we lost a terrific friend and tireless advocate for protecting those who needed a voice . Bobby navigated the streets of the most exotic world sites and content to navigate central El Paso to get to his favorite Vista supermarket in his smart car.Twenty years ago he gave a UT baseball cap to my youngest son who yesterday reminded me that they shared the Love of the game. Bobby touched us all and we will remember him always .

We will always be grateful for Bobby and Linda´s kindness, caring, and generous ways. We will also hold Mr. Perel in the highest esteem for he is an El Paso Legend! Rest In Peace Brother!

Did not get to meet Bobby until late in life, that said I would like to thank Bobby and Judge Chew for their great example of love and courage. We join both in sorrow and the celebration of Bobby's life.

Bobby was a man of lifetime decency and endless appreciation for the world around him. I consider myself blessed to have ever met such a generous and really unique man. I wish you peace and consolation to you and the rest of your families.

Bobby was a great person, easy to talk to and very well liked by all our mutual friends he was a great Longhorn fan and he will be missed. May our Lord Jesus Christ take him by the hand and welcome him into his kingdom, my sincere condolences to the family and all his friends that loved him.

I will miss the mischievous grin and dearly hold in my heart the memories of Bobby's kindness. He did not suffer fools and unapologetically spoke truth to power. To be his friend was to be reassured that we had worth. Time always flew by when he was around, and there was never enough time to discuss the books he read, the characters he met along the way, or the adventures he had. What a life!!! Thank you Perel and Chew families for sharing him.

The first thing that everyone has ever said about Bobby is, "He's such a nice guy!" That was an understatement, but a truly sincere one. More than being a nice guy, he was the epitome of a gentleman; sincere, compassionate, generous, and genuine. His integrity was beyond compare. Bobby was a diligent, dedicated and devoted attorney to all his clients. I'm grateful to have worked for him for a couple of years (told him on several occasions, what an outstanding boss he was); that was a time I'll treasure for the rest of my life! Knowing what a special man he was, he never flaunted it. RIP, Capt. Bobby! ;-) <3

Upon hearing of Bobby´s passing, I immediately pictured Bobby´s irresistible smile and kindness. My husband, Bobby, and I share in your loss and send our deepest condolences to you and the Perel family. Linda, it is said that we grieve because we love so profoundly. May you find comfort in knowing that you are supported in your grief by all those that care for you.

Bobby traveled so much that it is unbelievable but where ever he was his moral compass always pointed true North. He was always my go to guy for ethics questions, true world traveler, and great lawyer! I am so sorry Linda.
