Robert Lee Perez

Robert Lee Perez 19, of Mishawaka, passed away at 2:55 a.m. on Sunday, March 17th at Memorial Hospital as a result of a motor vehicle accident. Robert graduated a year earlier from Penn High School. Robert was a caring, giving, loving young man. He would help anyone with anything. Robert loved to cook for anyone and he was fantastic at it. He also did summer yard work for his family and did volunteer work at Elm Road School as a mentor for the young kids. He loved his nieces Mariah and Makenna, he also loved to sing and dance. Robert leaves behind his loving mother and stepfather (Tina and Jesus Miramontes). He also leaves behind his biological father Domingo Perez. He also leaves behind his sisters Misty Perez and Angelina Matherly. He leaves behind as well several Aunts and Uncles. LaLa Perez of South Bend, Becky and Dennis Beasley (Mishawaka), Vicki Hosterman (South Bend), John and Amy Cabanaw (Mishawaka) and a Great Aunt Elva Barsoda (Mishawaka). Robert also leaves behind many cousins that he loved dearly. Robert had many friends, but his best friend was Danielle Cutler and a long time family friend, Mercedes Shuppert and family. Robert will be loved and missed by many. Robert was preceded in death by his grandmother, Charolette, grandfather, Richard, uncles Mickey and Richard Cabanaw, and paternal grandmother Maria Perez. Friends and family may visit on Thursday, March 21st from 4-8pm in the Bubb Funeral Chapel, 3910 N. Main St., Mishawaka. Services will be held on Friday, March 22nd at 11 a.m. in the funeral chapel. Contributions may be given to family for funeral arrangements.
