It was a pleasure to meet Bob during my time working as an OTA at Tuscan Gardens. He truly was such a gift to humanity. He knew how to make us laugh and also taught us to not take life too seriously. My Prayers go out to the family, I know you all will miss him.

Mr. Picher truly was one of the greatest generation, who served his family, his city, his state and his country. Rest in peace.

A great memory of meeting Mr. Picher was with my dad at the Military museum they both worked at. The two of them sharing their great knowledge of every artifact in the museum. It was a real pleasure spending time with him.
