Robert Lee Plumlee, 48 years old, passed away on February 1, 2025, at Touchette Hospital. Robert was formerly of Franklin County Illinois. Robert was born on January 20, 1977, in Benton Illinois to Michael Motsinger and Roberta (Laws) Plumlee. In October of 1977 Robert was adopted by Lincoln Charles Plumlee.
Robert is survived by 5 children, Robert Lee Plumlee Jr., Nathaniel Lee Plumlee, Christian Alexander Plumlee (Cassie), Austin Blake Plumlee, and daughter Danielle Burke. He is also survived by his grandchildren Kameron, Novella, Lukas, Saylor, Alayah, Kinslei, and Kingston. His biological father Michael Motsinger, sister Michelle (Plumlee) Johnson, wife Crystal (Beasley) Plumlee, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews. He is proceeded in death by his mother Roberta (Laws) Plumlee, adopted father Lincoln Charles Plumlee, and his sister Mary Plumlee.
Robert was a truckdriver for about 12 years and was the founder of Missing Links Tattoos. He enjoyed spending time with those he loved and playing guitar. Rest easy Robert, you will be loved and missed by many.
Robert's wishes were to be cremated. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Thank you, Blue Funeral Home.
