Robert Rash Obituary

RASH, Robert Franklin, 91, passed away on January 28, 2023, in Mechanicsville, Virginia. Survivors include his devoted wife, Carol Farmer-Rash; brother, Charles W. Rash and wife, Judy; daughter, Wanda Rash-Koon and husband, Brian of Oregon; son, Mark Franklin Rash and wife, Victoria of Powhatan, Virginia; son, Raymond Scott Rash of Florida; and daughter, Brittany Lynn Rash of Amelia, Virginia. Robert was a proud Korean War Navy veteran. He delighted in taking his boat and trailer to the Virginia River and visiting St. Augustine Beach, Florida. He was happily married to Carol from September 18, 1976, until the day of his final breath. Carol meant the world to him. "Honey," "Daddy," "Dad" and "Bob," you will be remembered and missed forever. A graveside service will be held at Westhampton Memorial Park at a later date. Online guestbook at affinityfuneralservice.com.

So very aorry for your loss. Mr. Rash & Carol lived across the hall from my Mom at Carriage Hill Apartmets. He was a great neighbor.

We were so sorry to hear of your Dad´s passing. Nothing we can say will take away the pain you´re experiencing during this difficult time. Please remember that he will never truly be gone as you have precious memories that will always be with you.
