A service will be held at Pate Chapel at Thomas Road on Thursday, January 8, 2026, at 1 p.m. The family will receive friends at Tharp Funeral Home & Crematory on Wednesday, January 7, 2026, from 4 to 6 p.m. A graveside service will be held at Roselawn Cemetery in Christiansburg, Va., on Friday, January 9, 2026 at 2 p.m..
