The light has gone from my world – my husband Robert David Reeser(64) of Fayetteville, NC, passed away on June 10, 2023 after a heroic battle with cancer. He faced his final days with the strength and humor he was so well known for. He was surrounded by family and friends as

David was born on February 17, 1959 to the late Peggy Joyce Reeser and Robert Junior Reeser in Greenville, SC. He grew up in Fayetteville, NC, a city he loved and never left. In 1984, David met the love of his life Alfreda Lee Chason, and they wed on October 17, 1987. Together they raised their children, Milton Wesley Jackson III (Jay) and Amber Cherise Jackson.
David was a simple man had an adventurous spirit that led him to walk a little on the wild side. He spent his time with family and friends traveling and attending live music concerts. He enjoyed jet skiing and
four wheeling. David loved his cats. You could always find David working in the yard and around the pool, maintaining his "paradise in the hood" and "compound". He will be dearly missed and always
remembered.
