Robert “Bob” Lee Riley, age 88 of Killeen, passed from this life Thursday, March 6, 2025. Funeral services will be held at 10 am on Saturday, March 29, 2025, at Church of the Nazarene in Killeen. Burial will follow in Killeen Memorial Park at 1 pm.

Bob was born on November 22, 1936, in Hamilton, Ohio, to Albert and Gladys (Cole) Riley. He was a proud U.S. Army veteran and later worked for the Killeen Independent School District. Bob was an active member of the Church of the Nazarene, where he found joy in serving the Lord and living out his Christian faith.

A man of many talents, Bob loved working with his hands, especially woodworking and crafting wind chimes. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and a true hero in the eyes of his family. He will be remembered for his unwavering love and support, his strong Christian values, and his kind, gentle spirit.

Bob is preceded by his parents, Albert and Gladys Riley; his beloved wife, Carolyn Riley; son, Danny Riley; daughter, Donna Riley; and brothers, Mike, and Donald Riley.

Survivors include his son, Robert Riley; daughter, Debra Wright and husband, Sean; sister, Nancy Burkhart; and grandchildren, Robert Dewayne Riley, Victoria Wright, Joseph Young, and Tatum Riley.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Church of the Nazarene in Killeen, 951 Stagecoach Rd.

A time of visitation will be held from 5-8 pm Friday, March 28, 2025, at Harper-Talasek Funeral Home in Killeen.
