Bob was a member of the Natural State Rod and Custom Car Club in Mountain Home. He came to every meeting and get together we had, and even when he got his diagnosis, sent in his dues and a stamped envelope so I could send his membership card. He still wanted to be included.
He was a very nice man and will be missed in our club. Our condolences to his family and friends.

I had the privilege of meeting Mr. Saylor after he responded to an add on Mtn Home FB. I did some repairs at his home and he was a kind and gentle soul. He laughed when I told him I needed my T bucket back when he was done with it. He chuckled and we had planned to meet to do a ride in my car or his one day. Unfortunately with his illness and timing of work it didnt work out. He will be missed. He passed on my birthday and this makes me sad and would ask for my birthday wish to be taking that ride with him before he was gone had I known. I spoke to him the day he went on hospice and was shocked. He never let on that he was that sick. I tried to call today and it rang busy so I checked the obituaries and my fear came to reality. You will be missed Mr. Saylor. Until we all meet again. Your friend, Mike Myrick.
