Robert Anthony Scheibeler

Robert (Bobby) Anthony Scheibeler, 61, of Buda, Texas passed away on Friday, June16, 2023, at St. David's South Austin Medical Center. Robert was born in Brooklyn, New York to Louis and Marie Scheibeler on August 8, 1961.
He worked as an electrical and mechanical field engineer for Bell + Howell for over 25 years. Bobby had a passion for planes, trains, and automobiles, with a love for vintage Porsche and Packard autos among his favorites. Robert belonged to the Porsche Club of America and the Packard Club of America and his love for airplanes led him to pilot training in his younger years. Additionally, Bobby loved to travel throughout the US and internationally, making sure to visit train museums wherever he was.
Bobby was a loving and magnificent husband, son, brother, and friend to many. He received ample awards from Bell + Howell, Bondurant School of High-Performance Driving, Certificate of Graduation, etc. and was involved in many charities and organizations.
Left to cherish Bobby's memory are his beloved and devoted wife, Sarah Kate Gibb of Buda, Texas. His mother, Marie Scheibeler, brothers William Scheibeler and family and John Scheibeler and family. He was preceded in death by his father, Louis Scheibeler.
Robert (Bobby) Anthony Scheibeler will always be with us. Bobby lives on with Jesus Christ above.
