Dr Sivley brought my husband David Kugker and I (Kathy Kugler) to I work in Princeton and I in Hopkinsville. He was a solid guy. Enjoyed my work there. Very professional.

I loved Dr Sivley and Barbara. I work for the Pennyroyal MH Ctr from 1973-2007. He was the best. Barbara was my daughters piano teacher for several years. Loved them so much.

I am very honored to have been able to call Bob my friend. He was a wonderful person and loved his family so very much. He was so proud of his children and grandchildren and always spoke of them with such pride and lovingly bragged on their accomplishments. He will be missed very much!
