Robert Steven Smith

Robert Steven Smith, 70, of Supply, NC passed away on Monday, January 26, 2026.

Born in Marysville, CA on December 4, 1955, the son of the late Bobby Louis Smith of Carthage, NC and Letty Carolyn Stevens Smith of Loris, SC.

Robert was a veteran of the United States Navy and worked for Network Engineering Technologies as a Project Director until his retirement in 2024.

He is survived by his loving and devoted wife, Judith Amy Smith of 45 years; a son Robert Brandon Smith and wife, Lisa, of Huntersville, NC; a daughter, Lindsey Procida and husband Anthony, of Hampstead, NC; and 5 treasured grandchildren, Hayden, Avery, Anthony Procida and Alex and Grayson Smith.
He will be remembered as a lifelong "Mr. Fix It" and was usually his children's first call when they needed help. He was happiest on or by the water, boating or fishing, or at home tackling whatever project his beloved wife dreamed up next. Weekends were always spent smoking some of the best meat you've ever tasted, or shucking his favorite NC oysters with his family. He will be deeply missed and forever cherished.
Upon Robert's wishes there will be no local services. A private service in his Memory will be at a later time.
