Alison, MacKenzie, Aunt Alice, all of Bob's family: Words cannot express the sadness I feel for all of you. I pray you will find comfort and a sense of peace in the days to come. What a generous, brave soul he must have been! Alison, I will always love you like a little sister.

Alison I'm not sure if you will remember me or not. We had gone to school together at Ross. I am so very sorry for your loss. I know words can never ease the pain, but my thoughts and prayers are with you and the entire family. May Gods prescence bring you peace.

My heart is breaking every time I see or hear of that sorrowful night in West. I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you and your fellow firemen for being so brave and courageous.
