Robert “Bobby” Stegall, 61, of Smithville, Arkansas passed away on Tuesday, February 17, 2026 in Walnut Ridge, Arkansas. He was born September 30, 1964 in Memphis, TN to Robert and Ann Stegall. He was a minister and member of the Jubilee Family Church of Batesville, Arkansas. He enjoyed shooting, collecting comics, spending time with his beloved grandchildren and he always had a word to say about our Lord Jesus to everyone he met.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his brother, Daniel Stegall; his sister, Lisa Jenkins and his nephew, Nathan Moss.
He is survived by his wife, Anni Stegall of 13 years; his step sons, Joshua Hayes, Jeremiah Hayes and Jordan Hayes; his step daughter, Sara Carter; his sister, Tracey Stegall; his nephews, Nick Moss, Jeff Yon and Titan Yon; his niece, Hailey Stegall; seven grandchildren, Madalyn Hayes, Hazel Hayes, Matthew Hayes, Mason Hayes, Major Hayes, Samantha Smoot and Aaron Smoot; along with other relatives and friends.
Celebration of Life services will be held at a later date.
Arrangements are by Qualls Funeral Homes.
