Robert "Bob" Allen Stinnett -Age 61, Of
Portage, IN, Passed away Tuesday, January 16,2024, at Northwest Health Porter, due to a Heart attack. Robert was Born January 25, 1962 to Ruth Elizabeth and Richard Henry Stinnett, who preceded him in death. Bob is Survived by his loving wife Linda Sanchez, his children Daniel Sanchez, Moises Sanchez, David (Jackie) Sanchez, Linda Esquivel, Christina Esquivel, Olivia (Daniel) Rivera, Jose (Alyssa) Esquivel, Robert Stinnett Jr., and MaryBeth Stinnett with Numerous grandchildren. He is also Survived by his sister Leeann Joy Kramer and her two daughters.
Bob and Linda have been together since 1997. They loved traveling to Florida together, going out to eat, and staying up late to watch their shows, while enjoying some late-night snacks. Bob also loved joking and pranking Linda, just to make her smile and always considered her not only a significant other but a best friend.
Bob loved baking with his children/grandchildren, enjoyed Classic rock music with a glass of wine, golfing with the family, his motorcycles/Jeeps, and his Blackhawks! Bob was known by many as "Bob the Builder" since he had a passion for building just about anything -from cars, computers, house items and other projects. Bob also loved his fur babies Sadie, Pepsi, Lolly, and Chula.
He was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather and friend. He will forever be remembered by his funny dad jokes and random historical facts. Bob will be deeply missed by many.
Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, January 25, 2024, at 6:00 pm at Edmonds & Evans Portage, 6941 Central Avenue,
Portage, IN 46368, with Deacon Guernsey officiating. A visitation will be from 4:00 pm until the time of service at 6:00 pm at the funeral home. Online condolences may be made to the family at www.ee-fh.com.
