The Safari Club was a TERRIFIC NIGHT CLUB !! Like many other young people I celebrated my 21st bday with my future wife !! She was 2 years younger,
but in those days she was able to get 2 mixed drinks- THATS THE WAY OUR HOME TOWN WAS!! Georgia waited on us & of course we were FCHS CLASSMATES!!
It was one of our most memorable evenings & the food was great. !!

Not knowing Bob personally, but my late husband and I, during the 60's, so enjoyed going to the 'nightclub' at the Safari, with friends, having a great drink and meal, and then dancing. It was a joyful time. Thank you Bob and your dedicated musicians who "made" the Safari a wonderful memory for many in Fort Collins. Marilyn (and late Bud) Anderson...Windsor CO
