Robert R. Tenney, 73, of Dyersville, passed away Friday, October 24, 2025, at his home.

There will be a private graveside service at Mount Hope Cemetery in Dyersville.

Robert was born March 25, 1952, in Cresco, Iowa, son of Harold and Sucyn (Ehlert) Tenney. He married Darlene N. Brooks on November 27, 1974. Robert was employed in the family business with Marion Masonry and worked other odd jobs as well. Robert enjoyed travelling when he was able. He had a green thumb and had a passion for growing palm trees from seed. Most importantly, his faith never wavered up to the end; he carried his cross with the support of his family.
