In Loving Memory of Robert Utterback (July 16,1938 - July 21,2025)
It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of Robert Utterback, of Alsip, Illinois, who passed away peacefully at the age of 87.
Bob was born and raised in Indianapolis to Sylvia and Dean Utterback. Later, he served in the U.S. Navy from 1958-1962. In 1964, he earned his accounting degree from Eastern Illinois University. After his accounting career, he served as the Business Manager at Incarnation Parish as well as a Eucharistic Minister and a choir member.
Bob and Deanna married August 1, 1964 and celebrated 60 years of marriage. Bob is survived by his wife Deanna and his three daughters: Anne (Richard) Rybialek, Lynn (Robert Jr.) Zambreno, and Ellen (Joseph) Feldner. “Pa” was also blessed to have seven grandchildren: Joshua, Aidan, Jacob, Olivia, Joseph, Madeline, and Julia.
Bob was known for his generous heart, his love of travel and the serenity of the ocean, and his unwavering dedication to his family. He will forever be loved, remembered, and missed by all who knew him.
