Robert Allen "Robbie" Watkins

Robert "Robbie" Allen Watkins, age 73, of Louisville, Ky returned to his Heavenly Father on Monday November 10, 2025. He was born on January 22, 1952, in Louisville, Ky to the late Will and Catherine Watkins. Robbie was a retired mechanic from Rudd Equipment Company where he had a strong work ethic and always provided for his family. He had a passion for his 1967 Chevy II Nova. He was always going to the car shows and couldn't wait to display his car. Robbie was a loving Father and Grandfather. His family was his true passion. From Joking around at family gatherings, to spending time in New Haven at the creek with his son and lifelong friends. He loved life and was always willing to go on the next adventure. He was a kind, honest, fun-loving man who everyone enjoyed being around. He never met a stranger, if you were around, you were family.

Left to Cherish his memory is his loving wife of 55 years, Alice Watkins, his daughters Shelly Stark (David), Alicia Watkins, and his son Richard Davis (Karen). He had 8 grandchildren Tonya, Kevin, Alyssa, Amber, Austin, Samantha, Megan, Kayla ,6 Great-grandchildren Layla, Wyatt, Nathan, Landon, Hunter, and Brandon.

A Celebration of Life to follow at a later date. Cremation was chosen.
