Mr. Robert Williams was a native of Quincy, Florida, and a resident of Tampa for 48 years. He attended James A. Shanks High School and was a member of For Life International Church. He was employed as an Environment Specialist 1 at the Environmental Protection Commission.
Robert was preceded in death by: his parents, James and Petronia Williams; sister, Vivian Knox; and three brothers, Coleman Bryant, Tenor J. Bryant, and Lamar Williams.
He leaves to cherish his memory: his wife, Debra Williams; children, Adrian Head, Constantia Sparks, Petronia (Mohamed) Williams-Bouihi, and Theodora Williams; brothers, James (Neda) Williams, Charles (Mary) Williams, and Oscar (Sondra) Williams; sisters-in-law, Eartha Bryant, Mary B. Williams, and Beatrice Williams; brother-in-law, Tony Knox; and a host of grandchildren, great-grands, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
A visitation will be held Friday, December 1, 2023, 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Ray Williams Memorial Chapel, 301 N. Howard Avenue, Tampa, FL 33610.
