Robert Willis Obituary
Robert A. Willis II passed away on Nov. 6, 2025, at home in Michigan City, Indiana. Mr. Willis battled cancer for the past several months.
Robert A. Willis II was born in Michigan City on Sept. 25, 1970, to Robert and Wanda Willis. He is a graduate of Elston High School class of 1989. He graduated from Ivy Tech in 1993.
Robert worked at Kabelin True Value. Mr. Willis worked for Bethlehem Steel/ Cleveland-Cliffs as an electrician from April 24, 1995, to present.
Mr. Willis is survived by his parents, Robert and Wanda Willis of Michigan City, Indiana; his brother, Pete and Kelly Willis of New Carlisle, Indiana; his son, Ethan P. Willis of Michigan City, Indiana; and niece, Leah M. Willis of Valparaiso, Indiana.
Mr. Willis was preceded in death by his grandparents, uncles, aunts and cousins in Indiana and Kentucky.
A Celebration of Life visitation will be held from 12 to 3 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 12, 2025, at Geisen-Carlisle Funeral Home, located at 613 Washington St., Michigan City, Indiana, 46360.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude’s Children Hospital.
