OBITUARY

Robert Grant Yoder of Lonedell, MO departed this life in Washington, MO on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, having reached the age of sixty-five years, ten months and twenty-eight days. Robert was born in Washington, MO on December 28, 1959, son of Arthur Jacob Yoder and Beatrice Corrine Yoder nee Perrin. As a young man he was united in marriage and blessed to have three children.

Robert is survived by his daughters, Rachel Kelley and significant other, Joseph Keeler, of Bland, MO and Corrine Yoder and boyfriend, Robbie Schroeder, of St. Clair, MO; by one brother, Tommy Yoder of St. Clair, MO; by five grandchildren, Ryan Yoder, Jr. Drake Kelley and wife, Eliza, Kylie Yoder and fiancé, Chris Stockton, Michael Keeler and Hanna Rose Keeler; by his great-grandchildren, Luna Stockton, Lucas Stockton and Braelynn Kelley; by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, great and great-great-nieces and nephews, cousins and many friends.

Robert was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur and Beatrice Yoder; by his son, Ryan Yoder, Sr.; by one brother, C.H. “Bud” Yoder; by his sister, Terri Sands; and by two grandchildren, Devin Yoder and Tessa Yoder.

During his working career he was employed as a mechanic for Hoffman’s in St. Clair, MO, as well as various other shops in the area. He loved working on and riding dirt bikes and motorcycles and working on and restoring cars. His pet dogs held a special place in his heart. Robert cherished the time spent with his grandchildren. They held a very special place in his heart, as he did in theirs, and the many precious memories they created together will live on in their hearts forever.

A kind and loving father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, nephew, uncle, great and great-great-uncle, cousin and treasured friend, he will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew and loved him.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 PM Tuesday, December 2, 2025 at Russell Colonial Funeral Home in St. Clair, MO with Rev. Roger Johnson officiating. Interment will be in Crestview Memorial Park in St. Clair, MO. Memorials may be made to the family.
