I worked under Moose for several years. He taught me how to fish for life, his encouragement has made me a successful Chef. I will always be grateful.

No one would escape his welcoming smile and huge laughter. A true free sprit that loved every one as much as he loved life itself.

Deepest sympathy to the Zader family and the many folks who were fortunate to have known Doug, as a friend. In high school, we knew him as "Doug" .. he was genuinely one-in-a million .. always with a great smile and a huge compassionate heart! He will be missed.
