VISITATION and FUNERAL : will be held on Tuesday October 28, 2025 at HERITAGE FUNERAL HOME 16880 W. National Ave. in New Berlin from 9:30 am until the time of service at 11:30 am. Private family interment will follow at Highland Memorial Park Cemetery.

Robert "Bob" H. Zellmer

Called Home to the Lord on Monday, October 20, 2025 age 90 years. Beloved husband of Barbara (nee Wagner) Zellmer. Dear father of Mark (Judi) Zellmer. Loving grandfather of Natalie (Paul) Bell, Vanessa (Marcus) Lane, and Dr. Victoria (Scott) Zellmer-Manwaring. Great-grandfather of Jack Bell, Della and Jude Lane, and Quinn and Parker Manwaring. Brother of Karen (the late Tom) Marshall. Brother-in-law of Robert (Carol) Wagner. Uncle of Susan (Guy) Stoltenburg, Susan Rowley, Chuck Wagner, and John Marshall. Bob was preceded in death by his parents, Leroy and Martha Zellmer, his mother-in-law and father-in-law, Ben and Helen Wagner, his brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Jim and Audrey Swan. He is further survived by other relatives and many friends.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, at HERITAGE FUNERAL HOME, 16880 W. National Ave. in New Berlin, from 9:30 am until the time of service at 11:30 am. Private family interment to follow at Highland Memorial Park Cemetery.

Bob was born in Milwaukee and attended Pulaski High School. He was proud to have worked for over 37 years for the City of Milwaukee Police Department, starting as a Police Aid and retiring as Captain of Detectives. Bob was also an active member of Oklahoma Ave. Lutheran Church for many years, as well as enjoying restoring antique automobiles, fishing, and operating small businesses.

The family wishes to thank Dr. Scott Fenske and his staff for their care over the years. Thank you also to Bob's specialists, Toni and Jody, as well as Bob's loving caregivers: Franchesca, Dawn, Stacie, Nicole, Sara, Kathi, Rachel, Cindy, Callie, and Kristin.

If so desired, memorials to Oklahoma Ave. Lutheran Church appreciated.
