Roberta Elaine "Berta" Belhumeur

Rochester – Roberta "Berta" Elaine Belhumeur passed away peacefully on Monday, March 4th, 2024. She worked in Shoe Shops in her early years and found her 27-year-long career working at Hannaford in Dover. She made a lot of friends along the way. All her knew her loved her personality, spunk, and honesty. To know her was to love her, and she loved so fiercely.
She was predeceased by her parents Herbert A. Dearborn Sr. and Eleanor L. Dearborn (Ellisworth); and her brothers, Reginald, Leon, and Herbert Dearborn.
She is survived by her daughter, Christine L. Georgiou and husband, Paul, of Rochester; her son, Dennis E. Belhumeur, Jr. of Rochester; her grandchildren, Lakeisha A. Belhumeur-Georgiou, and long-time partner, Alexander Inman, Cody M. Belhumeur-Georgiou, Alexis E. Belhumeur-Georgiou, and Adrian W. Belhumeur-Georgiou of Rochester; her sisters, Sandra A. Dearborn of Rochester, Susan Hoyt and her husband, Wayne, of Rochester, and Eva Dearborn of Exeter; sister-in-laws, Debra Dearborn and Lynn Dearborn; her many nieces and nephews and her "adopted" children.
Grondin Funeral Home has been entrusted with Berta's care and a memorial visitation will be held at a later date.
