Roberta Bell, aged 83, of Ventnor, NJ passed away on October 21, 2021. Roberta was a devoted and loving caregiver, bookkeeper for the family business, and an active volunteer for Hadassah and ORT. She served as treasurer for both organizations and was also elected to her condo board for the same position.
Roberta was a warm and caring person, adored by everyone who knew her. She shined the brightest with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Roberta was a hands-on Grandmom who developed a special bond with each one-playing on the floor, making favorite foods and taking them to special places.
Roberta took very good care of herself. She was a healthy eater and an avid exerciser. She power-walked on the Boardwalk and was a devotee of Jane Fonda for decades. She loved to dance, go to Broadway shows, luncheons and the Symphony. Roberta was also keen at solving puzzles in the newspaper and would have won big on Wheel of Fortune.
Roberta was pre-deceased by her husband, Carl Bell, of sixty years. She is survived by her children, Eric Bell (Beth), Debra Lavi (Gary Goldman), Stacey Bell (Darryl Elder); grandchildren Ariel (Dalia), Adam, Azriel, Brandon, Madison, Jordon and Chloe; great-grandchildren Hila and Beeri. She will be deeply missed.
The family asks that contributions in Roberta's memory be made to ORT America (Ocean View chapter, NJ).
Family and friends are invited to a graveside service Sunday, October 24, 2021 @ 11:30am at King David Memorial Park, 3594 Bristol Road, Bensalem, PA 19020.
