Roberta Jane Zachary passed away on February 3rd, 2026, at the age of 66. She was deeply loved by many, and will be remembered for her irrepressible creativity, her writing talent, her wit, charm, and exuberance, and her gingerbread house parties. She is survived by her three children, Zachary Colbert, Rachel Melnyk (née Colbert), and Macdonald Colbert; her grandchildren Evelyn Colbert, Charlotte Melnyk, and Sylvia Melnyk; and her sisters Anne Fruguglietti, Susan Mulligan, and Melinda Martin.
