Roberta H. Lowe

A wonderful human being.

I have fond memories of Mrs Lowe from Sixteenth Street. I had the pleasure of playing for Mr Lowe in the church orchestra and Mrs Lowe was very supportive to her husband and a loving mother. I always admired her. Prayers to Jimmie Betty Leria and family.
