Roberta "Bobbie" Lear Crowell passed away peacefully, surrounded by her Loving Family on Monday, March 21, 2022, at the age of 75 years. Predeceased by her parents Herbert Putnam Lear and Carrie Frances Lendall Lear. Survived by her adoring husband of 30 years Steven Crowell. Lovingly remembered by her daughters Jennifer Jones and her husband Keith of Newmarket, NH and Karrie VanRyn and her husband David of Rockport, ME. Her stepsons Brian Crowell and his wife Anna of Longwood, FL, and Kevin Crowell and his wife Suzanna of Edgartown, MA. Her stepdaughters Evelyn Catanzano and her husband James and Christine Smallcomb and her partner Brenda of Salem, NH. Her sisters Janice Wollinger and her late husband Ronald of Woburn, MA and Deborah Lear of Holden, MA. Her nieces and nephews, Bud Wollinger and his wife Becky of Winchester, MA, Chuck Wollinger and his wife Mary of Winchester, MA, the late Stephen Wollinger, Justin LeBlanc, and his wife Joelle of Ocracoke, NC. Cynthia Wollinger and her partner Jimmy of Billerica, MA, Laura Wollinger and her husband Mark of Holly Hill, Florida. Mark Peterson and his partner Michael of Worcester, MA. Glenn Wollinger and his fiancé Deborah Cartier of Sandown, NH. Great nieces and nephews, David, Matthew, Shayna, Amber, Jimmy, Karla, Sean and Liam. Her beloved Grandchildren Kyle Monastiero and his wife Alexx, Arianna Monastiero, Karina Jones, Jenna and Allie VanRyn, Sienna, Tiernan, and Savia Crowell. And her Absolutely Cherished Great Grandchildren, Mason and Madeline. Her mother in law Ethel Crowell of Danvers, MA. Her brother-in-law Roy Crowell and his wife Diane of Wilmington, MA, their son Christopher and his wife Heidi, and their children Ethan and Teagan.
Bobbie was born in Salem, MA on April 30, 1946. She attended Salem public schools and graduated from Salem High school in 1964. Growing up she enjoyed Dancing, Sewing, Girl Scouts, Church activities, many years with the Danvers Alarm List Company, and time with Family. She worked for Holyoke Insurance Company and the First Universalist Society in Salem, MA as an Administrative Assistant for many years. Later in life, she enjoyed traveling, spending time with her grandchildren and especially her great-grandchildren. She remained in the North Shore area until 2020, when she and her husband moved to Newmarket, NH to be closer to Family.

A Service will be held on Saturday April 2, 2022, at 11:00 am, at The Bridge at 211 (formerly the First Universalist Society of Salem). Reception to follow at the American Legion Post 227, 69 River St., Middleton, MA.
