Our cherished, strong, beautiful, loving & sweet Momma, Daughter, Sister, Grandma & GG, Robin Sharp left us peacefully with the sunset on July 15th, surrounded by family, keeping her kindness, love and strength as she went. Robin was born March 1st, 1961, middle child to Robert & Jean Flint in Loveland and named after them. She and her 2 brothers grew up here and from a young age she learned the importance of taking care of family and devoted her life to it.
She was a member of the Loveland High School color guard in 1975 to 1978 showing off her rifle and flag twirling skills whenever she could. She was part of the choir as well, blessing all of us with her beautiful voice throughout the years. She worked at A&W & The Hub Cafe in Loveland through high school, made friends and could be the life of the party when it suited her. She married and found her life's purpose in 1978 when she gave birth to her only son, from then on, she was Momma, and blessed him with 2 sisters. During that time, she became a single mother, which made her the most courageous and strong-willed, hard-working woman the world could ever meet.
She worked in the kitchen of Loveland Good Samaritan facility from 1982 to 1990, finding joy in cooking for others. Then she went to work for Dr. Rule in 1991 first as an office manager while going to school earning her certification in medical assisting. She continued there until she moved with her family to Oak Creek, Colorado in 1993 and worked for Visiting Nurses Association in Steamboat Springs and Oak Creek. But back home is where she needed to be so she did just that. Working for Berthoud Family Medicine Center a short time before going back to Dr. Rule's office. Because times are tough and she was still helping her family and supporting her kids, Momma also worked at Loveland Bingo from 1996 until 2002.
Her health started giving her troubles and it was time for a change so in 2002 she went to medical billing in Frederick, Co. All of her hard work and determination made it to where she was able to buy her first and forever home in Loveland, it became the family's safe haven and mom's happy place. Where she would watch anything that was crime related and an occasional hallmark movie cuddling with her dog Snickers. She was so proud she was able to finally buy a house and she did it on her own.
Robin worked every day from home doing medical billing for Quality 1st Medical all the way until a week before her journey. She never wanted to let people down and didn't know how not to work. She helped raise her grandkids and was there when you needed an ear to vent to, shoulder to cry on, even a good mom glare or gentle smack when she felt spunky or someone did something they shouldn't. She enjoyed and looked forward to weekly breakfasts and dinners and all family occasions. She helped everyone she could. She loved the color purple, unicorns, Denver Broncos and angels all her life, but Christmas was her most favorite time of year where she wore a different sweater for every day of the week. Momma was all this and so much more but how do you put it into words it's a feeling and if you were lucky enough to know her you understand.
Every day she was and is loved and forever more she will be missed by her children Jason Sharp (Kandy) of Iowa, Nicole Pfab (Frank) of Loveland. Her step-father Willy Heppner of Loveland, Brothers Tim & Troy Flint of Loveland. Grandkids, Jeremy & Justin Wiscomb, Collette Sharp, Blayzia McDowell, Corey Albert, Taylor DuBois, Josh Pfab, Shayla Zencius, Clayton Nichols, and Casey, Christian, and Carson North and so far, 7 great grandbabies.
She now reunites in heaven with her daughter Schantell DuBois, and her Parents Bob Flint and Jean Heppner, and all her other doggies over the years where they have all become angels watching over us. Services will be held Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 at 3pm at Viegut Funeral Home, 1616 N. Lincoln Ave in Loveland.
