ROBERTO R. RODRIGUEZ
Roberto R. Rodriguez entered God's heavenly garden on January 3, 2025. He was born on September 14, 1944, to the late Miguel Angel and Maria E. (Petita) Rodriguez. He was preceded in death by brothers: Jesus (Ninfa) Rodriguez and Miguel Angel Rodriguez; sisters: Juanita (David) Sietz and Rosa Perez; nephews: David J. Seitz and Miguel Angel Perez.
He is survived and will forever be remembered and cherished by David Martinez and sister: Viola (+ Herberto) Gonzalez; nephews and nieces: Janie de la Garza (Armando Chapa), Sandra Cantu (Mark Server), Jean (Reynaldo) Gutierrez, Beto (Norma) Gonzalez, Edgar (Mary) Gonzalez, Ricky (Raquel) Gonzalez, Xavi (Triana) Gonzalez, Eddie Perez, and Diana Perez; a great number of great and great-great nephews and nieces, extended family and many beloved friends.
Today, we pause to honor a truly remarkable soul who left an indelible mark on us all. His dedication and passion for work was nothing short of inspiring.
Roberto joined the Joe Brand family in 1978. His creativity and dynamic spirit filled the Joe Brand store with joy. He taught us that fashion is just not clothing, but about self-expression, confidence and the connections we share. He had a grand appreciation for life and found beauty in everything around him. Roberto had an extraordinary gift for making every woman who walked through the doors of Joe Brand feel like a star. His directness and keen eye for style, set high standards and inspired confidence in those around him.
He will be deeply missed but never forgotten because of the beauty and joy he added to this world.
A Celebration of Life Service for Roberto will take place on Friday, January 10, 2025, from 11 am until 1 pm at Hillside Funerals & Cremations; 310 W. Hillside Rd. A religious service will commence at 12 noon.
Rite of Committal and Interment will follow to the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
