Robin Blaine Henry

Robin Blaine Henry, 62, passed away peacefully on Monday, February 5, 2024, with his family by his side. Robin was born in Cullman, Alabama on June 14, 1961, to James Thaddeus Henry and Nora Jayne Henry. He was the oldest of four children and moved with his family to Pearland, Texas in 1967.
Robin was a loving husband, father, Paw Paw, son, brother, uncle, and friend. He was a real-life superman. He spent his early years riding bulls. He was a devoted father to his sons Thadd and Chris, spending 20 years coaching baseball and football, and volunteering at numerous organizations in the community. He was President of the Pearland Area Dad's Club and President of the Bay Area Football League where he met the love of his life, Sheri, and her two beautiful daughters Amber and Ashley. He coached the Houston Energy and Houston Cyclones, two women's professional football teams where he led them a combined four World Championship titles. He was a lifelong member of Saint Helen's Catholic Church in Pearland.
Robin was passionate about caring for his family. He was a father figure for many people and never hesitated to tell it like it was. He never missed a chance to attend an Alabama football game, traveling to Tuscaloosa many times to cheer on the Crimson Tide. He worked side by side with his father, brother, nephew, and sons and loved to tell stories about his adventures traveling the world, having visited six continents.
He leaves behind his wife of nearly 20 years, Sheri Henry, sons Thadd Henry and girlfriend Amanda, Chris Henry and wife Kirstin, Amber Capuano and husband Chris, Ashley Sciba and husband Jeff,14 grandchildren: Cameron Dryden, Carson Dryden, Ayden Capuano, Ashtyn Dryden, Tyler Henry, Jaxon Sciba, Clay Henry, Tanner Henry, Colton Capuano, Colton Henry, Robert Stow, Trey Henry, Raegan Sciba, and Easton Henry, his parents JT and Jayne Henry, sister Phyllis Williford, brother Vic Henry and wife Lori, brother Derek Henry, numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
