Mrs. Robin Dickens Oliver, age 64, entered into rest on Tuesday, August 20, 2024. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Friday, August 23, 2024 from the Chapel of Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home by Pastor Scott Wallace with burial to follow in the Fairview Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will greet friends from 1:00 – 2:00 PM Friday, prior to the service at the funeral home.
Mrs. Oliver was born September 7, 1959 in Greensboro, NC a daughter of the late Elige McQuage, Rebecca “Judy” Wilson McQuage, and Thelma Wilson Dickens. She was a home health nurses aide for many years and spent her adult life caring for others. Robin was a member of Fairview Baptist Church and enjoyed attending C4 with her family. Her hobbies included cooking, sewing, and working jig-saw puzzles.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Oliver was also preceded in death by her husband, Charles Everett Oliver; sister, Betty D. Hicks; and brother, David Dickens.
Survivors include her children, Crystal (Daniel) McIntyre of Ruby, SC, Sheila (Scott) Jacobs of Chesterfield, SC, Tracy Spencer (Eric Rivers) of Cheraw, SC, and Charlotte (Jason) King of Cheraw, SC; grandchildren, Jacob Tyler (Marleigh) McIntyre, Kaitlyn (Nicholas) Wallace, Amy McIntyre, Chris Blackwell, Zach Blackwell, Gracie King, and Jake King; great grandchildren, Emmy, Henry, Millie, Hunter, Makenna, Analeah, Kimbrie, Jaleigh, and Leigham; and sister, Ruby Wade of Greensboro, NC.
Memorials may be made to C4 Church, P.O. Box 367, Chesterfield, SC 29709.
