Robin Edward Parnaby

It is with a broken heart and deep sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Robin Edward Parnaby.
Robin, 54, of San Francisco, CA and formerly of Bournemouth, England, passed away peacefully on February 3, 2023, in his wife's arms at home. Robin was born on May 22, 1968, in Birmingham, England. He was preceded in death by his brother Bruce Parnaby.
Robin lived his life to the fullest, was a true individual and a self made man. He moved on his own to California at the age of 23 and led an exciting life; riding motorcycles, collecting cars, playing music and making many friends. Always creative and innovative, Robin combined his love for music and his stellar technical capabilities to pursue what would become a 31 year long and successful career in audio engineering and design. Other then his passion for music and engineering, Robin was an amateur photographer and a devoted follower of car and motorcycles racing. In later years Robin showed an interest in British football, baking bread and formed a special bond with our cat, Pumpkin
Robin is survived by his wife Dana Parnaby and his parents Ann Losina Parnaby and Stephen Parnaby.
A nonconformist, kind and thoughtful man, Robin will be dearly missed and lovingly remembered by his wife, parents, friends and coworkers.
A celebration of life will be held at 11 AM on Monday, February 3rd at Duggan's Family Service,
3434 17th Street San Francisco, followed by a burial at Cypress Lawn Memorial Park in Colma.
Memorial donations in Robin's honor may be made to SFSPCA Veterinary Hospital and Adoption Center at 250 Florida St. CA 94103.
