Jeramie, Shawna, Brandie, Holly and Family:
I am so sorry for the loss of your mom. I did not know her but I know you all and whenever you lose a loved one it is a feeling that can only be described if it has happened to you. I hope you all find comfort in knowing our God makes no mistakes. My thoughts and prayers are with your family at this most difficult time. Lean on God and friends/family and keep her memories in your heart.

Even though we lived States away from one another Robin and I shared a special bond that never changed no matter how little we seen or talked to one another. The summer we spent together when we were teens was one of the best summers we crammed a lot of summers into the that one summer and made a life time of memories. Even though we went on with our separate lives getting married, having children and Grand children that bond will always stay special in my heart and it saddens me to know she is no longer with us. My thoughts and Prayers are with her family today and always.

My wife, Linda and I have never met any of Robin's family, but our hearts go out to them.
I came to know Robin over the past few weeks after she first attended one of the Sunday morning church services that I have been holding at the NHC facility since April.
After church this Sunday, we went to the NHC center to visit with Robin and find out if everything had gone OK with her prep at the hospital that week. We had talked with her the previous Sunday, but had not stopped in during the week. We were told by NHC that she had gone to the hospital and not returned yet, so we went to Maury Regional searching for her. After a couple of attempts, the nurse in ICU told us that she had passed that morning. We were stunned. The first time we met, we showed me a picture of her husband... who she had lost only three weeks earlier. We had a good long talk and agreed to talk again later that week. I found out that she did not have a Bible and, on a subsequent visit, I brought her a bible with GIANT print that she thought she might be able to read. She was very proud when we had her name embossed on the front. We visited with her again after that and shared the simple gospel message of salvation with her. We had asked beforehand if we could do that and she was happy to make the "date" for that conversation. We had opportunities to pray together on other visits and had hoped to continue with this new friendship. I felt that we had truly become friends and my next Sunday morning service will not be the same without her there.
