Robin Limpus Ulmer

Robin and I shared an office at the Essex County Planning Department for those 14 years she served as Executive Director. She was instrumental in helping the development of the Ausable River Association which also shared our office space and infrastructure. She worked tirelessly for the "river that connects us"in the Boquet River Valley. She was the face of BRASS, an ambassador for watershed protection, habitat improvement stream restoration, public access and respected by the numerous agency, community and public partnerships she nurtured.
She oversaw the BRASS Lab and initiated stream assessments, numerous restoration projects throughout the five towns and was respected educator and artist for our communities in Essex County and beyond.
