Robin Ward Obituary
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Robin Turnage Ward, of Hammond, Louisiana, who peacefully passed away on Thursday, May 8, 2025, at the age of 64, surrounded by her family. She was born on Sunday, December 11, 1960, in Ponchatoula, Louisiana.
Robin was a devoted mother to five and a loving grandmother to three. Her life was filled with kindness and compassion. She shared 39 wonderful years of marriage with her husband, Frank, creating a legacy of love that will endure through her family.
Rest in peace, dear mom. You will always be in our hearts.
Robin is survived by her loving husband, Frank Ward, children, Ben Ward, Leah Ward, Rachel Ward, Nathan Ward, and Paul Ward; grandchildren, Eden Victoria Hawkins, Ashton Beck Clayton, and Rome Alexander Matrana; and sister, Jan Turnage.
She was preceded by her parents, James Teaurlin Turnage and Trilby Charnelsa Hart, her brother, Ken Turnage, and her sisters, Baby Felicia Kincaid and Celestine "Tean" Turnage.
We invite all who knew and loved Robin to join us in celebrating her life at a memorial service at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home - Ponchatoula, 100 W. Magnolia St., Ponchatoula, Louisiana 70454 on Tuesday, May 13, 2025, from 5:00 pm until the memorial service begins at 7:00 pm.
The graveside service will be held privately.
