Robin A. Whisman

Roberta Ann "Robin" Whisman, age 56 of Germantown, OH passed away on August 23, 2023. She was born in Indiana, to Lester Cockerham and Roberta (Bashaw) Hasty, graduated from Valley View High School, class of 1985 and was a member of Germantown First Church of God. Robin worked at GM for 18 years, and most recently as an LPN at Barrington of West Chester. Robin was the most unselfish person you could ever meet and loved her family more than anything. Robin was preceded in death by her beloved step-father James Hasty, her paternal grandparents Audrey and Elzie Cockerham, and maternal grandparents Ollie Mae and James Bashaw. Robin is survived by her husband of 24 years, Britt Whisman, her daughter Kayla Cockerham, son Matt Whisman, step-children Sarah (Johnny) Day, and Drew Whisman, grandchildren Bryan and Gracie Prunkard, Evelyn, Presley, and Micah Day, her loving parents: mother, Roberta Hasty, father, Lester Cockerham (step-mother Donna), mother-in-law Diana Bohardt, siblings Tony (Toni) Cockerham, Tina (Mike) Deeter, Scott (Joann) Cockerham, step brothers Ron (Diane) Hasty and Todd (Sheila) Cockerham, her Aunt Connie DePew as well as numerous nieces, nephews and friends who will miss her dearly. The family will receive friends for a visitation on Saturday, September 2, 2023 from 10am-12pm at the First Church of God, 760 Farmersville Pike, Germantown OH. Funeral Services will begin at 12:00pm, burial immediately following at Germantown Union Cemetery.
