He was born on March 2, 1939, in San Diego, California, the son of Rochell and Beatrice Scott.
He was a devoted husband, father, and friend, known for his big smile and infectious laugh.
He spent over 30 years working as a delivery driver salesperson in the Bay Area where he was known for his dedication, skill, and strong work ethic.
An avid reader, he also loved playing Bunco and cards, and found real joy in driving-especially during his years behind the wheel of the shuttle to Vegas after retirement.
He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Pamela, in 2009.
He is survived by his daughters, Shelley Scott and Nicole Scott who will find comfort in the laughter, love and memories he left behind.

I will miss seeing Rocky everyday. He loved being outside and reading his books. His smile and how are you doing today always made me smile. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.
