Rocio Castejon Obituary
A loving tribute to Rocio's and her children's lives will be held with a viewing on Sunday, June 2, 2023, from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Angel Funeral Home, 2209 S. Arthur, and on Monday, June 3, 2024, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. A rosary will be recited on Monday evening at 7:00 PM at St. Laurence Catholic Church, 2300 North Spring in Amarillo. The funeral mass honoring this precious family will take place on Tuesday, May 4, 2024, at 2:30 PM at St. Laurence Catholic Church followed by interment at Llano East Cemetery.
Born in Phoenix, Arizona on December 7, 1997, Rocio was raised by her devoted mother, Maria Luisa Quezada. She completed her education by graduating from High School and went on to work as an interpreter for Tyson Foods in Amarillo. Her warm spirit and compassionate nature earned her the affection of all who had the privilege of working alongside her.
Rocio greatest joy came from her family. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, daughter and sibling. She had a smile that would light up the room and the world was a much brighter place because of her.
She will forever be cherished by her loving husband, Leevan Jose Castejon Sr; her mother Maria Luisa Quezada Perez; her sisters Crystal Quezada and Samantha Yesenia Quezada; and her brothers Raul Villalba, Esgar, Santiago, and Marco Quezada; her mother and father inlaw Erick and Nory Castejon, and her brother and sister inlaws Anderson, and Nahomy Rodriguez, Cristian, and Daniela Castejon.
In this time of profound loss, let us hold dear the memories we shared with Rocio and find solace in the love that she so generously gave to all those around her.
