Rodney Ballou Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by J.S. Pelkey and Son Funeral Home on Jan. 3, 2023.
"Let me tell you something you already know. The world ain't all sunshine and rainbows. It's a very mean and nasty place and I don't care how tough you are it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permenently if you let it. You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain't about how hard you hit. It's about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward. How much you take and keep moving forward. Thats how winning is done." -Rocky Balboa
Rodney Ballou had an incredible love for life and all the people he came in contact with. If anyone ever needed something fixed or moved he was there with bells and whistles on. He could start up conversations with complete strangers and just make your day better with his infectious laugh and smile. There wasn't an animal who didn't adore him or a child who didn't absolutely love "Uncle Rodney".
Not only did people have a love for Rodney but Rodney had an undeniable and unbreakable love for his three daughters Aries, Montana and Memphis. They were his whole entire world along with his soulmate Megan who he always referred to as "My Megan".
