Rodney Bulger

My fondest memory of Rod was when he was an assistant scoutmaster for Boy Scout Troop 124. We took the boys on a hike along the C&O canal. I went with them two of the three years.
I'll never forget the fun we had and the adventures along the trail - the rain, the snakes, Rod and I and another scoutmaster cooking pancakes for the boys in the morning, the laughter and jokes, Rod doing his puzzles, and the overall good fellowship we enjoyed.
No yelling, no control issues, no behavior issues, just good fun. The three of us adults enjoyed it as much as the boys did.
It was something I will never forget.
