Rodney Smith Obituary

Rodney James Smith, 65, of Sandy, Ore., died on May 29, 2024

Born February 12, 1959, in Portland, Ore. to parents, Wallace and Caralee Smith. He attended Madison High School and went on to work in the building trades and trucking. He was a family man and a friend to all. He was a one of a kind person who is irreplaceable and will forever be missed. Rod was preceded in death by his father, Wally Sr. His eldest brother, Wally, Jr., followed Rod in death just a few days after him. He is survived by his mother, Caralee; siblings, Richard, Cheryl, and Rhea; daughters, Shauna, Carly, Micah and Shannon; grandchildren, Mitchell, Dakota, Kelly, Kole, Emilee, Olivia, Payton, Aubrey, and Marquie.

His family is holding a celebration of life on July 27.
