I met Rodney when I was 14. He was so nice to me. He always let me ride in his cruiser and play with his police baton. I'll miss those days.

When I was around 14-15, he gave me this forensic kit toy set as a christmas present and I've always cherished the stories of using it. I'll miss you deeply, rest in peace Rodney.

Rodney and I dated in school and were each others 1st love, well we thought we were in love that is, lol. We dated off and on into our 20's and then lost track of eachother, up until a few years ago. When we connected again we then became the best of friends until he passed away... we were extremely close. He was 2 months younger than me, and always made sure to remind me of that fact often Rodney always knew how to make me laugh when things were tuff, and right now, I sure could use some of his humor, love and encouragement. RIP Rodney, I miss you so much and I love you more than words can say. No more suffering no more pain homie, for now you rest in the arms of Jesus

Where do I start? So many memories. I have been knowing Rodney since i was about 14/15 years old.I can't think of skating without thinking of Rodney. If you hung out with Rodney, it was always an adventure. Besides skating, some of my favorite memories were going visit his grandmother with him to have dinner with her, going eat out at Western Sizzlin (at least once a week) & late night breakfast at Waffle House. I will always hold him close to my heart because no matter what, if you needed him he was there for you. Until we meet again my friend. You will be missed.

Rodney will be missed. He worked hard for the citizens of New Orleans as a police officer. Rodney worked under my command for many years, as a New Orleans Police Officer and always gave his very best everyday. He would always provide encouragement to fellow officers and cared deeply for the unfortunate citizens who were down on their luck. RIP Rodney
