Obituary for Rodolfo Guzman Lua
Rodolfo Guzman Lua was born on December 30, 1938, in San Antonio, Texas, to his parents Luciano Lua and Barbarita Guzman. He passed away on July 12, 2025, at the age of 86.
Rodolfo was a dedicated father, beloved brother, and cherished friend to many. He is survived by his sons Juan Espinoza, Rodolfo Lua Jr., Nelson Lua, and Eric Lua; his daughter, Miroslava Lua; and his brother, Luciano Lua.
Rodolfo lived a vibrant life, full of passion and energy. He was well known in his community for his love of martial arts and took great pride in teaching karate. He was an avid fan of classic martial arts films, especially those featuring Chuck Norris and Bruce Lee. A true enthusiast of classic cars, Rodolfo also had a deep appreciation for the style and craftsmanship of vintage automobiles.
As a self-employed entrepreneur, Rodolfo ran a successful produce business, through which he met and built relationships with many people. His warm personality, work ethic, and kindness made him a familiar and respected figure to those who knew him.
He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Marcelina Lua. Rodolfo enjoyed spending time with his family and embraced all the extracurricular activities that brought him joy.
Rodolfo will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all whose lives he touched. May he rest in eternal peace.
