Mr. Angell conveyed uniquely glorious and well-articulated accounts, plus wonderfully special perspectives in regard to the essence, of the Grand Old Game. He was a highly distinguished journalist/storyteller, and representative, for our National Pastime. His body of work will be long referenced and appreciated, by those who love baseball and the skilled and evocative use of language.
