Roger Bain Obituary
Roger Lee Bain, age 72 of Clarksville, TN passed away surrounded by his family on Saturday, May 18, 2024.
Memorial Service will be 11 a.m. Friday, May 24, 2024 at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home. He will be laid to rest at Nashville National Cemetery.
The Bain family will receive friends on Friday from 10 a.m. until the hour of the service at the funeral home.
Mr. Bain entered this life on June 5, 1951, in Aberdeen, SD; son to the late William “Bill” and Audrey Bain. He was a Veteran of the US Army; where he served during the Vietnam Era. Mr. Bain was an Accountant for H&R Block for 25 years, and he also was a limousine driver. In his spare time he enjoyed traveling, fishing, and camping.
In addition to his parents his was preceded in death by his son, Royce, Bain; sister, Betty Schaller and stepbrother, Jerry Weaver.
Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife Margert “Meg” Bain; son, Ryan Bain; daughter, Stacey Stork; stepdaughter, Michelle Mitchell; brothers, Dale Bain, Dennis Weaver; sister, Kristi Peterson; and aunt, Helen Anderson.
In lieu of flowers, it was important to Roger that donations be made to any Veterans or Cancer Charities.
