Roger S. Delisle, 74, a lifelong resident of Manville, Rhode Island, a U.S. Army veteran of Korea, a heavy equipment operator with Forte Brothers Construction Company in Cumberland, Rhode Island, for 30 years before his retirement in 1989, died at Landmark Medical Center in Woonsocket, Rhode Island, on Tuesday, December 4, 2001. Calling hours are scheduled for Thursday, December 6, 2001, 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m., at Bellows-Falso Funeral Chapel, 160 River Road, Lincoln, Rhode Island. Funeral services are scheduled for Friday, December 7, 8:45 a.m., at the funeral home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Friday, 10 a.m., at St. James Church, 33 Division Street, Manville. Burial will be at St. James Cemetery, Manville. Arrangements entrusted to Bellows-Falso Funeral Chapel, Lincoln, Rhode Island.

I WANT YOU TO KNOW I'M SO SORRY ABOUT YOUR DAD. I FELT LIKE HE WAS MY DAD TOO. THERE'S NOTHING I WOULDN'T DO FOR THAT MAN. HE WAS A GOOD MAN AND YOU DIDN'T DESERVE TO LOOSE HIM SO SUDDENLY. I WILL MISS HIM DEARLY
