Roger Keith Farmer, age 68, of Ashland City, Tennessee, passed away on Saturday, June 24, 2023, in Nashville, Tennessee. He was born on March 10, 1955, in Chicago, Illinois, to the late Bud Farmer and Dorothy Smith. He worked as a cardiographics technician for St. Thomas West for almost 30 years. He is preceded in death by his parents, John and Dorothy Rudinsky; brothers, Mickey Farmer, Hal Farmer, and Billy Farmer; and sisters, Beverly Lacour, Shirley Farmer, and Dolly Gibson. He is survived by his wife, Susan Elizabeth (Owen) Farmer; daughter, Dana Newell (Luke); brothers, Jimmy Farmer (Jan), Dale Farmer, and Terry Farmer (Hope); special sister-in-law, Donna Johnson; grandchildren, Bradley and Ella Newell; best friends, Tommy, Johnny, Glen, and Alex; many nieces and nephews; and beloved dog, Ralph. Funeral service will be Friday, June 30, 2023, at 5pm in the Chapel of Cheatham County Funeral Home. Visitation will be Friday, June 30, 2023, from 11am until the service hour of 5pm.
